How can I book a room?
Get in touch by email or through the contact form. We'll schedule a viewing and, if you like the place, send the contract for digital signing.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, the deposit equals one month's rent and is refunded at the end of the contract, after the property check.
What is the minimum contract length?
The minimum is 6 months, but we offer flexible contracts to suit your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (IBAN) and MB Way. Rent is due by the 1st of each month.
Are bills included in the rent?
Water, electricity and gas are split proportionally between tenants. WiFi is included.
Do you issue receipts/invoices?
Yes, all rent payments are officially invoiced through our registered billing system.
Is WiFi included?
Yes, every room and apartment includes high-speed WiFi at no extra cost.
Can I have guests?
Yes, as long as quiet hours and other tenants are respected.
And pets?
Pets require prior written approval.
What documents do I need to rent?
ID document (national ID, passport or EU ID card) and proof of income or a guarantor.
Is the contract digital?
Yes, we use SignWell for digital signing — fully legally binding.
Do I need a Portuguese NIF?
Not mandatory. For Erasmus and international students we accept passport or EU national ID.
